Red Tower Capital (“RTC”)’s Income Property Hold Loan Program provides investors financing options for income property assets. This program greatly increases our borrower’s ability to acquire, improve, and/or repurpose real property for investment quicker and with less documentation than traditional financing options.

RTC’s Income Property Hold Loan Program offers flexible loan terms of 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months. Property types supported by our Income Property Hold Program include SFR, 1-4 MFR, 5+ MFR, office, retail, and industrial assets.

Advantages:

  1. While most private lenders only provide short term bridge financing, our program offers loan terms from 6-months to 36-months giving the Borrower sufficient time to stabilize their investment.
  2. RTC offers both interest only and amortizing loan options depending on asset type, cash flow, and loan term. Each loan is evaluated on a case by case basis.
  3. RTC requires significantly less documentation for loan approval than traditional lenders including banks, credit unions, or the SBA.
  4. Quick underwriting – often as low as 7-14 days from complete package review to close.
  5. RTC’s quick underwriting and approval process allows potential buyers to be competitive during the buying process.
