Red Tower Capital (“RTC”)’s Cannabis Loan Program provides commercial real estate owners, of cannabis positioned assets, the option to leverage their assets with financing options they would otherwise be unable to get approval for from traditional lenders such as banks or credit unions. Our Cannabis Loan Program greatly increases our Borrower’s ability to acquire, improve, and/or repurpose real property associated with the cannabis industry without having to use all cash, which increases buying power and investor returns.

RTC’s Cannabis Loan Program offers flexible loan terms of 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months. Property types supported by our Cannabis Loan Program include office, retail, industrial, and land for future development.

  1. Cannabis is still considered illegal by the Federal Government. As such, traditional lenders are not lending on assets that are known to have cannabis operations. RTC doesn’t have this limitation.
