Investor Cash Flow

RTC’s Investor Cash Flow Loan program provides investors financing options for income properties.  Even if they can't qualify for a bank loan, they can get relatively good rates to hold income producing real estate.  This product is also known as a “DSCR loan” (debt service coverage ratio).

Advantages:
  1. Loan terms of up to 30 years.
  2. Various Property types supported including single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, apartments and mixed-use.  Other properties on a case-by case basis.
  3. Interest rates are lower than for typical private loans.
  4. The loans are amortized or partially amortized so the borrower is paying down principal.
  5. RTC requires significantly less documentation for loan approval than traditional lenders and the loans are easier to qualify for.
  6. Tax returns and employment information is not required.
